From our first phone call to Sunny to currently we have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Everyone is warm and friendly. The grounds are lovely. We are a very close family and it was a difficult decision to place my mother in Assisted Living. We placed her at Del Monte the first week of March 20 and the very next week the whole world changed and we couldn’t see her. That was stressful, but we never felt out of touch with her even though we couldn’t see her. The staff and the management (Julia & James) were always available to talk to if needed and have helped with everything we have had to deal with. My mother absolutely loves the staff and her special helpers. They have gone above and beyond to help her and make her feel loved. We couldn’t be happier with our decision.
